One of the measures of the contingency plan approved by the central government this October 2022, is the limitation of the price of gas for the boilers of the communities of owners. A barrier that affects tens of thousands of families in Catalonia, who have so far paid three times as much as a user with an individual boiler, since they cannot be accommodated in the regulated rate for domestic use that has been in force for a year.
This is a repeated request by the Association of Estate Administrators working for the benefit of the public.
